The Flagship Program

A dose meant to keep you present

Sublingual ketamine at a genuinely low dose, taken at home and prescribed inside a real psychiatric relationship, supporting neuroplasticity and what becomes possible now.

What “Very Low Dose” Means

Present and clear,
through it all

The dose is intended to keep you present and coherent. There is no sedation, no recovery day, and no clinic visit to plan around.

Most people carry on with an ordinary evening afterward. Your exact dose is set individually and adjusted over time, based on what you notice and what we measure together.

  • Taken sublingually, at home
  • Paired with a daily practice supporting neuroplasticity
  • Fits around work and family life
  • Adjusted to you, never fixed to a package

Neuroplasticity is the brain's natural ability to form new connections and patterns. The program pairs the medication with a daily practice built to support it.

How It Runs

Four steps, at your pace

Nothing begins before you have a written plan you agree to.

01

Comprehensive evaluation

History, past treatments, your full medication list, and candidacy and safety screening. Unhurried, with flexible visit options.

02

A plan you agree to

Written down before anything starts, including what we expect and what we do not yet know.

03

Delivered to your door

Compounded troches come from a compounding pharmacy, billed separately by them rather than by us.

04

Monitored and adjusted

Ongoing clinical monitoring, validated scales, and your own account of how life actually feels.

Safety and Honesty

Ketamine is a controlled
medication, treated as one

Ketamine is prescribed off-label for mental health care, after a proper evaluation, monitored while you take it, and stopped if it is not helping. Care is for adults 18 and older, in California. We tell you what the evidence supports and where it runs out.

  1. Screened before you start

Candidacy and safety screening come first, always. Some histories and conditions make this the wrong choice, and we will say so.

  2. Reviewed against what you take

Ketamine can often be combined with existing psychiatric medications when it is clinically appropriate, and it may support tapering off medications or lowering doses, for appropriate candidates.

  3. Stopped when it should be

You can pause or stop at any point. If the plan is not working, we raise it rather than waiting for you to.

What It Costs

Stated plainly,
before you commit

Goldenturas is a cash-pay practice. Visit pricing is confirmed with you when you request a consultation, before anything is booked, and the medication is billed separately by the pharmacy so you can see exactly what you are paying for, and to whom.

Medication is billed by the pharmacy. We will walk you through a realistic monthly estimate for your situation during the evaluation, before you commit to anything.

The evaluation answers
whether this fits

You do not have to decide about ketamine before you book. That is what the first conversation is for, including if the answer turns out to be no.

Not for emergencies. If you are in crisis, call or text 988.
