Shannon founded Goldenturas to practice psychiatry the way she believes in it: unhurried, whole-person, and honest about uncertainty. Goldenturas is a proudly nurse-led practice, and a second board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner is joining soon.
The name comes from turas, the Gaelic word for a sacred journey. The gold is the light we are moving toward.
